Thank you so much for the wonderful memories. That was an adventure my boys and I will remember for a long time. The only disappointment was that John forgot to take a picture of his horse Willie. You have a fantastic set-up there and great staff. You also have a super daughter and mother – I hope they enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed theirs. Maybe in August we'll make it up for a day trip.

Hello Craig:
The two day horseback riding adventure and then the mountain trip were absolutely incredible!
The two day was an excellent opportunity to view the Gatineau Hills (and meet Norman) and a good orientation of the horses.
The mountain trip was an opportunity to see the true capability of a horse out-perform any four-wheel drive vehicle ~!
Our guides ( Ute & Paul ) were well savored in all areas of horsemanship and camping. Julie, my ten year old daughter, and myself enjoyed catching fish after fish in the canoe out in the lake. Ute & Paul had a frying pan with seasoning awaiting our fish fillets for an extra addition to our supper. As an insulin dependent diabetic, all of my meal requirements were fully met. Thanks for accommodating our special requests.
You provide a one of a kind opportunity for individuals or families, whether experienced or not, to go on an incredible horseback riding adventure.

2 Day Light Tenting Adventures
Hello there guys, it's Wendy and Deidre and we just wanted to send a special thank you for the most wonderful time this past weekend! I personally will remember it for a long time to come and have already begun recruiting friends for follow up vacations in the future! (Only of course if Carlos will be in attendance !)
A special thank you to Paul as well for the lovely facial when I get the pictures back I will be sure forward one along for your scrap book ;-)
I feel thank you is a completely unworthy expression of my experience at the farm and have to say once again as I did to Ute shortly before leaving that my time at Captiva exceeded all my wildest expectations and I plan to make the journey to Captiva several times a year if possible.
Once again thank you so very much and I look forward to seeing you all again.

Hi Craig,
I just wanted to let you know, that I sent off the Windmill Rap newspaper. Everybody is asking for a copy because of the weekend away at the farm. I just wanted to tell you that we all enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be coming back for more sore arses in the spring. Haha
I keep telling everyone that I had more fun in that day and a half at your farm than I did on my 2 week honeymoon.....they laugh, little do they know I'm telling the truth. Haha
I will be back for a 3 or 4 day stay this time....better warn Farmer Paul to start honing up those culinary skills. I'm partial to pheasant....lol. Say a big HELLO to everyone for me. I look forward to seeing you all again.

Carol & I would like to thank you and your staff for an enjoyable three days of riding and camping. We really weren't sure about how well we would be able to handle riding horses for a lesson let alone for three days. Over the course of our trip we both gained confidence, and by the end we felt like "old hands".
Your campsite and the lake were special. Keeping it as natural as possible was an excellent idea. This added to the wilderness experience that I know that Carol & I sought. We felt perfectly at ease in the camp, and managed to relax during our all too brief stay there.
