We offer half and full-day events year-round in the panoramic mountains and hillsides of the Eidelweiss Valley located minutes from the Nation's Capital. Our special events packages offer a memorable experience for corporate & government groups, school groups, community centres, tour operators, etc. Each event is unique and personalized to your needs and activities can include horseback riding lessons, trail rides, bar-b-ques, picnics, sports or other recreational activities, bonfires, live entertainment, catered meals, etc. Captiva Farms does not limit you to a specific itinerary, so let your imagination run wild! The Equine Educational Program has evolved significantly over 20 years at Captiva Farm. The motivating factor has been to develop a safe program for Adults and children 7 years and older which involves horseback riding instruction in confined paddocks followed by a scenic trail ride through the Gatineau Hills.

It has proven to be a very successful program and we have received many compliments on it.

The cost is $37.00 per person on weekdays and $40.00 per person on weekends. (Taxes not included).

Schools, summer camps, community centres and other groups are welcome! Educational discounts available. Call us for details.
